Pr. Wassil TABET AOUL LACHACHI
Tabet Aoul Lachachi Wassila is a professor at the University of Tlemcen in Algeria since 2012. She serves as the director of the research laboratory on the management of people and organizations (LARMHO). Additionally, she is a national and international expert for the International Labour Organization (ILO) in Entrepreneurship. Since 2011, she has been responsible for the academic Master's program in Entrepreneurship and Business Creation at the Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences. Wassila is a founding member and coach at the I2E center at the University of Tlemcen. She is also the author of several works in the field of Entrepreneurship in Algeria.
Pr. Wafaa BERRACHED BERBAR
Pr. Wafaa Berrached is a professor in Management in Faculty of Economics, Business and Management Sciences (University of Tlemcen, Algeria). Her dissertation titled “The determinants of innovation in Algerian SME’s” and defended with high distinction in University of Tlemcen in 2015. She has taught courses in several areas of Management and Economics including Entrepreneurship, Engineering and Design, and Marketing. Since 2017 she acts as Director of Entrepreneurship house in Tlemcen university and head of a research team at LARMHO laboratory. Her research interests include entrepreneurship, innovation, SME’s and marketing. Pr. Wafaa Berrached has published more than 20 articles in national and international refereed journals and have present research papers in some distinguished international conferences. She gets also a number of training with ILO on Entrepreneurhip, Business Plan and Projects Management.
